When I work one-on-one, I provide a private, safe environment and anything shared is held with deep respect and complete confidentiality.  I offer services over the phone and private equus coaching with horses.

I work with clients who are ready to let go of areas where they feel trapped and open up to new possibilities.  I help clients who are in a state of overwhelm and stress discover a more peaceful, calm way to live.
