One 60 minute session $135
Focused coaching on a specific “hot” issue. We’ll work together to maximize the time for you to find relief. Includes:
- Recording of the call that I will send you after our session.
“Give Me The Basics”
Three 60 minute sessions $365 (save 10%)
Learn the core tools to reduce your stress and find a more peaceful way of living your life. Includes:
- Recording of the call that I will send you after our session.
- Pre-work document that I will send you prior to our first session.
- Electronic copies of the physical descriptions of the tools I teach you for future reference.
- Email between sessions.
“Go Deep to Find Peace” or “Mind-Body Tools Mastery”
Six 60 minute sessions $730 (save 15%)
Expanded, personalized, focused work to show you the tools to discover how to listen to your body and discover freedom from your painful thoughts. I personalize and expand on the content from my telecourses to focus on your specific life circumstances. Includes:
- Recording of the call that I will send you after our session.
- Pre-work document that I will send you prior to our first session.
- Electronic copies of the physical descriptions of the tools I teach you for future reference.
- Email between sessions.
- If you feel complete before you use all six sessions, I’m very happy to return your unused investment.
